About Ernest Henry

About the role

Primarily, you will be responsible for the safe charging of development headings. This involves handling explosives and operating the charge car to complete all aspects of development charging. Additionally, you'll be tasked with conducting thorough pre-start equipment checks, maintaining high standards of work and housekeeping, and operating a bogger when needed.

This role is offered on a lifestyle friendly 8/6 (days) – 7-7 (nights) roster, FIFO from Cairns or Townsville or DIDO from Mt Isa with a travel allowance. Those that live residential in Cloncurry will receive a local living allowance. You will also be eligible to receive a quarterly bonus, complimentary life insurance and income protection.

About you                      

To be successful, you will possess previous experience in underground charge up and bogging, a current QSEC card and proficiency operating Normet Charge Cars. You must hold a current C Class Driver's License and be certified in Working at Heights.
