About the Role and About You
As Manager Sustainability, you’ll take charge of the full spectrum of Health, Safety, Environment, Training and Social Responsibility. We are seeking someone not just to be the custodian, but as the driving force behind a culture that protects people, strengthens performance and earns genuine community trust. This is a role for someone who wants to lead boldly, influence widely and set new standards for what responsible mining looks like.
You’ll guide a multidisciplinary team through change, growth and continuous improvement, bringing clarity to complexity and momentum to strategy. Your voice will be central in shaping how the operation responds to risk, manages its social licence and prepares for the future. From modernising systems to building capability, from partnering with regulators to supporting the Senior Leadership Team, your leadership will be felt across the entire operation.
