We’ve extended the mine life of our Ernest Henry Operations to 2040 and doubled its ore reserves. We took our Cowal Gold Operations underground in just seven years. We’re transforming our Red Lake Operations, restoring it as a premier Canadian gold mine. That kind of ambition creates careers, not just jobs.
When we asked our people what they enjoy most about working at Evolution, two things came up across every site: career growth and the quality of the people. Here, you’ll work alongside people who care, who push one another to be better, with leaders who are there to support you.

From production drill and blast through to scheduling, cave planning and short-term projects, you'll work at the heart of the operation, collaborating with key stakeholders to optimise mine performance and deliver results.
Based at our Ernest Henry Operations and reporting to the Superintendent - Short Term Planning, you’ll:
- Lead and develop a team of mining engineers responsible for short-term planning activities across the operation
- Drive delivery of the Short Term Mine Plan, covering a planning horizon from shiftly execution through to three months
