About the role
Reporting to the Supervisor - Supply, the Officer - Stores will be responsible for providing stores support to our Ernest Henry operation, servicing both the underground and surface stores. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing a functional and efficient stores service to all departments, managing inventory levels to minimize downtime
- Providing excellent customer service and support as the first point of contact for end users engaging the supply department
- Collaborating effectively with other departments and vendors to ensure goals and requirements are met in a timely manner
- Ensuring accurate management and security of stock and warehouse access
- Lifestyle friendly 8/6 roster, FIFO from Cairns or Townsville, DIDO from Mt Isa with a travel allowance or live residential in Cloncurry with a local living allowance
- Eligible for quarterly bonus

About you
You will possess a manual driver's license and high-risk forklift license. Strong time management, communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in using CMS and MS Office. You will be able to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all departments
