What’s the opportunity? 

As our Travel Administrator, you'll be at the centre of keeping our workforce moving.

Supporting our Commercial & Finance team, you'll coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements that ensure employees, contractors and key project personnel are where they need to be, when they need to be there. From flights and accommodation bookings through to logistics coordination and reporting, you'll play a vital role in supporting operational continuity across site.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems, coordinating logistics and delivering a great service experience.

In this role, you’ll:

• Coordinate commercial flights, charter flights, accommodation and transport bookings for site personnel and contractors
• Monitor accommodation requirements, village occupancy and housekeeping schedules in conjunction with Facilities Management
• Ensure bookings are managed efficiently, accurately and in line with company policies and cost management requirements
• Support corporate credit card reconciliation and maintain accurate travel records and administrative documentation.

You're highly organised, customer-focused and thrive when managing multiple priorities. You enjoy building relationships, coordinating logistics and finding solutions that keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Ideally, you'll also bring:

• Experience in travel coordination, administration or logistics support, ideally within mining, resources or a fast-paced operational environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with travel systems such as FCM, InFlight, InControl, InTuition or similar platforms will be highly regarded.
