This roster is 5:2/4:3 and a 10 hours day.

DIDO arrangements are possible, but residential presence in the local community is required during rostered periods.

 

 

 

As Superintendent – Processing Operations, you will lead the day-to-day performance of Cowal’s processing facilities, including the main plant, contract crushing team, and paste plant operations. Reporting to the Processing Manager, this role is pivotal in ensuring safety, cost, and production targets are consistently met while maintaining compliance with Evolution’s high standards in environmental and operational excellence.

This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategic oversight with operational execution, offering a rare opportunity to shape the future of one of Evolution’s flagship sites.

 

 

 

You are an experienced operational leader with a strong background in mineral processing and a proven ability to manage people, risk, and performance in a dynamic environment. You bring at least five years of supervisory experience in processing operations and are confident working across departments to deliver results. While a background in gold is advantageous, it’s your leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills that set you apart.
