This roster will be 7/7 and a 12-hour day/night shifts.

About the role
This role is suitable for candidates with no prior mining experience who are eager to enter the mining industry. You will be required to complete Certificate III in Resource Processing RII30420 within 18 months.
The role is within the Processing Plant and Paste Plant which includes the following sections: crushing, grinding, flotation, leaching, control room.
About you
Having the ability to complete a Cert III in Resource Processing you will be required to commit to an 18-month fixed term contract. To be successful you will require the following attributes:
- No previous qualifications required
- Post-secondary school training in relevant discipline is desirable
- Previous work experience or shift work is desirable
- The ability to follows instructions and procedures
- Work within high safety standards and have an awareness of hazards and report as required
- Motivated and strong work ethics, punctual and high standard of presentation
- The ability to plan, organise and have a proactiveness in problem solving
- Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment
- Competent user of MS Word and Excel
- Adaptability in a changing environment and the ability to work remotely and alone at times
- Class C driver’s license required as minimum
