What’s the opportunity?

This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible leadership role where you'll take ownership of a critical function that keeps our operation moving. As our Warehouse Team Leader, you'll lead a well established team, manage inventory and critical spares, coordinate logistics and freight activities, and help ensure our people have the materials they need to safely deliver performance every day.

Working a family friendly 5:2/4:3 roster with 10 hour days, you'll enjoy genuine work life balance while playing an important role in supporting site operations. With significant autonomy, broad responsibility and the opportunity to influence future warehouse processes and capability, this is a role where you can make a real impact.

Based at our Cowal Operations and reporting to the Supply & Contracts Superintendent, you'll:

• Lead a capable warehouse team to safely and efficiently support site operations.
• Drive inventory accuracy, replenishment activities and critical spares availability.
• Strengthen warehouse performance through continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation.
• Partner with maintenance, operations and commercial stakeholders to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Coach, develop and support team members to achieve strong operational outcomes.

Does this sound like you?

• Experience leading warehouse or supply teams in mining, heavy industry, construction, manufacturing or logistics environments
• Strong inventory management and replenishment experience.
• Proficiency with Pronto ERP or similar inventory management systems
• Experience managing critical spares, stock control and warehouse operations.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

The following would be advantageous:

• Forklift Ticket.
• Dangerous Goods Handling certification.
• Chain of Responsibility knowledge or training.
• Exposure to freight coordination and dangerous goods management
