About the role

We are looking for a Coordinator, People and Culture to work closely with our Group People and Culture team in supporting the delivery of cyclical HR programs and strategic projects.  This role will be responsible for effective, timely support to members of the team, key stakeholders include the Vice President - People and Culture, Group Manager - People Culture, and Group Leads.

Key result areas for roles of this nature include:

  • Organising and coordinating Group P&C meetings and associated agendas.
  • Maintaining the P&C information on the intranet and IT folder structure to ensure consistency and ease of use.
  • Coordinating Project Welcome inductions and onboarding for the Sydney Office.
  • Assisting Advisor/People & Performance Lead with ER issues and projects such as EA negotiation and terminations.
  • Delivery of P&C administration including, Visa documents, employment letters, coordination of transfers etc.
  • Producing reporting and metrics as required.

To be successful in this position, you will be a person who is driven to deliver, take initiative, and addresses challenges as & when required.

You will demonstrate the ability to work with all parts of a faced paced environment within the People and Culture/ Human Resources function.
