About the role

 

This residential position reports directly to the Processing Manager and requires someone who enjoys delivering and seeking out solutions.

 

The position will be on a 5:2:4:3 (10-hour day) roster, based residentially.   They key focus is to provide administrational support to the Processing Department and relief reception support for other site-based administrators when required.

 

It’s a busy and varied role involving; managing the team’s rosters, booking of travel and accommodation, ordering PPE, providing training to new starters, following up invoices, creating presentations, data entry and daily reporting, organising events, meetings, and social opportunities.  No two days will be the same, offering lots of great challenges to enable you to make your mark on our growing operation!

About you 

 

You must have previous experience in a site-based administration role and display the following attributes.

 

  • Effective verbal communication, writing and presentation skills
  • Proven experience delivering results and meeting customer expectations.
  • Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • WA Drivers Licence and the ability to drive a car on WA country roads.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Initiative and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Certificate IV in Business Administration (desirable but not essential)
