About the role
Join a talented team of friendly professions who work across all the designated sections of the processing plant including crushing, milling, and leaching
As a team leader, you will collaborate with fellow operators to carry out the following tasks in a safe, efficient, and productive manner, ensuring processing targets are met
- Undertake regular and routine sampling, testing and quality controls as per the operating standards and procedures
- Monitor, analyse, adjust and control the process to meet targets
- Accurately record and timely report measurements, observations, and variances
About you
It is important that you have previous experience as a Process Operator in either a gold or related processing plant and have the following attributes.
- 5+ years proven experience working within a processing plant
- Previous experience with step up supervisory relief tasks
- Dedicated to contributing towards quality work outcomes
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Commitment to always promoting a safe work environment
- Reside within the Goldfields region for this residential position.
- Ability to work a 7:7 roster (12 hour– days and nights)
- Current "C" Class Western Australian Drivers Licence
