About the role 

Take the lead at Mungari as a Senior Surveyor, reporting to the Survey Superintendent. You'll manage and deliver high-quality spatial data while leading and mentoring a skilled team to support development, project execution, and operational growth.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Delivering accurate spatial data to support mining and processing operations.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing Survey team.
• Establishing survey control for new projects and infrastructure.
• Maintaining and enhancing spatial data systems and technologies.
• Managing and maintaining survey equipment to ensure operational readiness.

About you 

• Will FIFO from Perth or reside in Kalgoorlie working an 8:6, 12-hour day roster
• Degree or Advanced Diploma in Surveying.
• WA Authorised Mine Surveyor (Grade 1 or 2), or working towards it.
• 5+ years of surveying experience, including 2+ years in mine surveying.
• Proven leadership in open pit, underground, and remote field operations (preferred).
• Proficient with modern survey hardware/software and adaptable to new technologies.
• Organised, self-motivated team player with strong communication skills.
• Committed to safety leadership and continuous improvement.
