What’s the opportunity?

Lead one of Mungari's most critical operational teams at a time of growth, investment and long-term opportunity. Reporting to the Underground Manager, this role is responsible for driving the safe, disciplined and efficient execution of underground operations while delivering on the Short Range Forecast (SRF), budget and Evolution's operational standards. This is an opportunity to shape culture, develop frontline leaders and make a lasting impact on the performance and future of our underground operation.

Based at our Mungari Operations and reporting to the Underground Manager, you'll:

• Lead from the front, creating a culture where safety is visible, understood and consistently lived every day.
• Deliver the Short Range Forecast safely and reliably, ensuring development, production and services remain aligned and on plan.
• Build leadership capability within your Supervisors through coaching, mentoring and clear accountability.
• Drive operational performance by improving cycle times, equipment utilisation and workforce effectiveness.
• Work closely with Technical Services, Geology and Geotechnical teams to remove barriers, optimise plans and achieve production targets.

Choose an 8:6 roster, FIFO from Perth or live local in the Goldfields and enjoy genuine community connection.

Does this sound like you?

• 10+ years' mining experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• First Class Mine Manager's Certificate.
• Underground Supervisor's Certificate.
• Extensive operational experience in underground mining with a strong understanding of mining legislation, risk management and safety systems.
• Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary underground teams and developing frontline leaders.
• Strong capability in mine planning, operational execution and cost management.
• Proficiency in Pronto, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• C-Class Manual Driver's Licence.
