About the role

Due to internal growth in the organisation, we now looking for YOU!

As the Warehouse Supervisor at our EKJV operations, you’ll take charge of both day-to-day operations and long-term planning to keep inventory and consumables flowing efficiently. You’ll lead a capable team, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure the warehouse stays safe, organised, and ready to support site operations.

The position is only open to those residing in Kalgoorlie or willing to relocate to Kalgoorlie.  Relocation support within Australia can be provided.  The roster will rotate on a 5:2:4:3, 10-hour day.

A typical day will require you to;

• Lead, mentor, and train warehouse staff to maintain high performance and safety standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee inventory management, streamline warehouse procedures, and coordinate ordering and deliveries
• Deliver accurate and timely month-end reports
• Reduce emergency deliveries through strategic planning and efficient site coordination
• Provide hands-on support in daily warehouse operations
• Continuously review and improve inventory processes to boost efficiency and operational effectiveness

About you

• Previous experience in a working in a mining environment
• 5+ years of logistical experience, including team supervision
• A commitment to quality outcomes and continuous improvement
• A proactive approach to workplace safety and safety awareness
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• Pronto ERP experience (preferred but not essential)
• Forklift Ticket and Dangerous Goods Card required
