Supervisor Warehouse

Who we are

We’re a bold team with a bright future; and we’re looking for people who want to be part of it.

Evolution Mining is a premier global gold company operating six mines across Australia and Canada. We’re transforming mines and uplifting careers. We’ve extended the mine life of our Ernest Henry Operations to 2040 and doubled its ore reserves. We took our Cowal Gold Operations underground in just seven years. We’re transforming our Red Lake Operations, restoring it as a premier Canadian gold mine. That kind of ambition creates careers, not just jobs.

When we asked our people what they enjoy most about working at Evolution, two things came up across every site: career growth and the quality of the people. Here, you’ll work alongside people who care, who push one another to be better, with leaders who are there to support you.

What’s the opportunity?

If you're someone who enjoys improving systems, leading people and seeing the direct impact of your work every day, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for!

At Mungari, you'll take ownership of a well-established warehouse operation that's at the heart of site performance. From ensuring critical parts are available when they're needed to leading a capable team and identifying smarter ways of working, you'll have the opportunity to influence how the warehouse function supports the entire operation.

The team is already established, the foundations are in place, and there's plenty of scope for someone who wants to bring fresh ideas, challenge the status quo and build on what's already working well.

Based at our Mungari Operations and reporting to the Supply Superintendent, you'll:

  • Lead a high-performing warehouse team and support their ongoing development.

  • Ensure inventory, consumables and critical spares are available to keep the operation running smoothly.

  • Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and ways of working.

  • Use data, reporting and operational insights to optimise warehouse performance.

  • Champion a culture where safety, teamwork and accountability are non-negotiable.

Why Mungari Operations?

Mungari is a cornerstone asset in our portfolio, with a mine life to at least 2038. It’s operationally diverse, with opportunities to work on the surface or underground and a great team of people who care. Our recent expansion of the processing plant has more than doubled processing capacity from 2 million to 4.2 million tonnes per year. With open pit and processing all on one site, the operational diversity is ideal for uplifting careers.
