Administrator - Training & Systems

The purpose of the Training & Systems Administrator role is to support the Safety & training function of the Sustainability Department. By providing administration support, you will be contributing to a safe and healthy working environment at Mt Rawdon Gold Operation in QLD.

About the role

The Training & Systems Administrator role is a full time, fixed term opportunity to become an important part of the HSET team. Key result areas in this role include:

  • Scanning and uploading training records to our online safety and training database (INX)
  • Uploading site access records (training certificates and qualifications) to INX once approved
  • Support document control administration as required
  • Gain exposure to the Sustainability functions including Safety, Training and Environment
  • 6 month fixed term contract

 

About our Operation

Our Mt Rawdon gold operation is an open pit mine located 75km south west of Bundaberg in Queensland. Being a residential mine, our local employees go home every night, with many living in the communities of Mt Perry and Gin Gin.

About you

As Administrator – Training & Systems you will be able to demonstrate experience in an Administration function. It is also important that you have/ can demonstrate:       
 

  • Strong competence with technology and software such as Microsoft Office suite
  • High level attention to detail.
  • Results focused on meeting stakeholder expectations and Meeting Customer Expectations
  • Good communication, writing and presentation skills
  • Initiative – able to solve problems
  • Ability to build relationships across functions
