Our Program  

Our four-year Apprenticeship Program gives you the hands-on training and guidance from experienced tradespeople and a Nationally Accredited Trade Certificate through a Registered Training Organisation. As part of our program, you’ll receive necessary tools, accommodation and additional support if required.

About the role 

As part of the Mine Asset Management team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to the Electrical Team Leader by undertaking everyday duties, utilising skills learnt through studies and role-based training.  

Key responsibilities: 

• Demonstrating behaviours align with the Evolution Mining values  

• Carrying out tasks as directed by the Supervisor, Leading Hand, and Tradespersons. 

• Attending and completing all training and competency requirements as required (Including TAFE). Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping in the workshop. 

• Working within and complying with the Evolution Mining and Northparkes’ site-specific safety and health management system. 

About you 

• Have the right to work in the relevant jurisdiction before commencing employment.  

• Hold a current NSW Driver’s License  

• Completed year 12 before commencing employment (highly regarded) 

• Have a genuine interest in a trade, demonstrated through work experience, hobbies etc (highly regarded)
