This role will work a 5/2 roster from the Sydney office with 2 days WFH option available

About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Analyst who’s not just great with systems, but brilliant with people. This 10-month contract reports to the ERP Lead and puts you at the centre of our enterprise applications (finance, supply chain, maintenance, sustainability). You’ll join as the 4th member of a team who keeps things moving, solves problems before they escalate, and builds trust with stakeholders at every level.

You’ll manage support tickets, partner with vendors, and guide projects from scoping to go-live. But just as important, you’ll bring clarity and confidence to conversations, helping people understand what’s changing and why.
About You
You’re curious, proactive, and comfortable in a role where people skills matter as much as technical know-how. You’ve got at least three years’ experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments, and you know your way around ServiceNow and Microsoft’s productivity tools, such as Stream, Power Apps, MS Flow, MS Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint. A tertiary qualification in IT, Business Systems, or similar is essential.
