About the role

As a People & Culture Business Partner , you will be an integral part of shaping this experience, working closely with the People & Performance Lead, Group People Leaders, and employees to ensure HR initiatives are thoughtfully implemented. This role is designed for someone who is passionate about people and culture, thrives in dynamic environments, and enjoys the challenge of improving workplace engagement and effectiveness. From driving HR projects to providing expert advice across employee lifecycle management your contributions will be vital in building a workplace that is welcoming, rewarding, and future-focused.
In this role, you will support the People & Performance Lead in executing initiatives that enhance employee attraction, retention, inclusion, diversity, and engagement across the organisation. Your insights will help create a work environment where individuals feel valued and supported throughout their careers. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide expertise on people leadership, policies, industrial relations, and remuneration, ensuring leaders have the guidance they need to navigate their teams effectively. A critical part of your role will be managing performance and development cycles, supporting employees as they grow within their roles and linking individual ambitions with company-wide success.
Employee onboarding is a key responsibility, as creating seamless transitions for new team members sets the foundation for a positive work experience. You will ensure new employees feel welcomed, informed, and set up for success as they begin their journey at Evolution. Beyond onboarding, you will also play a role in delivering training and career development programs, helping to build pathways for leadership, technical skill enhancement, and career progression. Your work will extend to HR compliance, policies, and remuneration, making sure that processes are effectively implemented and communicated. Supporting the annual remuneration and bonus review process, you will ensure remuneration aligns with company strategies and principles. Whether you are working on employee relations matters, policy development, rewards strategies, or ensuring compliance, your contributions will help maintain a workplace that is structured, transparent, and aligned with company values.
As you build relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, you will have the opportunity to engage with teams and support them in creating meaningful workplace improvements. Additionally, your involvement in change management processes will help navigate transitions, whether leading small initiatives or providing crucial support for larger projects.
About you
You’re organised, proactive, and passionate about driving change through the workplace. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving problems, and find satisfaction in making a real difference. With strong communication and interpersonal skills, you build trust and lasting relationships across all levels of the organisation.
Ideally, you’ll bring experience in business partnering, employee relations, or corporate HR functions. A qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline is essential. Your ability to operate at strategic and operational levels, coupled with attention to detail, ability to multitask, and solution-focused mindset, will set you up for success. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and HR systems like SuccessFactors will also be valuable in this role.
