This role will work a 5/2 roster from our Group office with flexibility options available.

About the Role

The Vendor Master Data Reporting Officer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all vendor records across Evolution’s Pronto and finance systems. The role also oversees the expense policy and manages the organisation’s expense management system. Together, these responsibilities support efficient vendor onboarding, strong data governance, and compliance with Australian standards.

In addition, the role develops clear and meaningful reporting and KPIs that provide insights into the performance of key transactional teams, including accounts payable, payroll, and purchasing.

 

Your work will involve:

  • Creating, updating, and maintaining vendor master records in ERP systems (e.g., Pronto & SAP)
  • Coordinating the vendor onboarding process, including collection of required documents Supplier Registration Forms, banking declarations, and insurance certificates
  • Generate and analyse vendor master data reports to support procurement and finance decision-making
  • Expense system administration including the processing of monthly journals and reconciliation from our Evolution’s expense system
  • Generation of monthly KPI reports measuring activities of each transactional shared services function
  • Recommending improvements to minimise fraud risks, processing errors, and data inconsistencies
  • Collaboration with procurement, accounts payable, and IT teams on system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

You’re a detail‑focused operations professional who values accuracy, structure, and strong governance. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, you bring a solutions-driven mindset and solid experience across vendor master data, accounts payable or transactional finance. You’re confident working with ERP systems, navigating Australian compliance requirements, and building productive relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.

Analytical, collaborative, and process‑minded, you’re always looking for ways to improve data integrity, streamline processes, and strengthen reporting—making you well‑placed to deliver impact from day one.
